In addition to designing the Article brand logos, I developed a system for how the labels would be applied to the physical furniture collection. As new products and categories were introduced, the system evolved. If a product had unique attributes that didn’t conform to the system (rare!), it would have special consideration.

The labels themselves were different materials depending on the surface they were being applied to. For example, leather labels were applied to upholstered products, and metal labels were applied to wooden products.
